Review and Acceptance Process

Official Review Process

SICET employs a structured, multi-stage review process to ensure the highest quality of published academic research. Authors can track the progress of their submission directly from their dashboard.

Workflow Stages

1

Abstract Submitted

The author completes the initial abstract upload. A unique submission code is generated.

2

Processing

The administrative committee reviews the abstract PDF, checking the topic, clarity, and basic suitability for the conference.

3

Waiting for Paper Submission

The abstract is verified. The full paper upload functionality is enabled, and authors can enter up to three author profiles.

4

Waiting for Approval

The full paper has been uploaded and payment is successfully verified. The administrative committee conducts the final review of the submitted paper.

5

Completed

The admin approves and finalizes the paper. The final paper is shared via email and made available for download in the user dashboard.

Alternative Outcomes

Declined

If a submission does not meet conference standards, it will be declined.

  • Admin must provide a decline reason.
  • The exact reason is displayed in the user dashboard.

Revision Required

The paper has potential but requires adjustments before final approval.

  • Admin comments are displayed in the dashboard.
  • Revised file upload functionality is enabled.
  • Previous file versions are preserved.
