Yes, abstract submission is completely free. Payment is not required until after the abstract is verified and the full paper is uploaded.
Students, faculty members, independent researchers, industry professionals, and institutional accounts can submit abstracts.
Yes, SICET allows abstract submissions to be auto-assigned if you do not have a specific conference track selected.
The maximum allowed size for an abstract PDF is 2 MB.
Your submission enters the 'Processing' phase. The administrative committee will review your abstract PDF for relevance and quality.
The SICET administrative and review committee is responsible for verifying all submitted abstracts.
The status changes to 'Waiting for Paper Submission'. At this point, the full paper upload functionality is enabled.
The status changes to 'Declined' and the exact decline reason provided by the admin will be visible in your dashboard.
You can include a maximum of three (3) authors per paper.
Yes, Author 1 is strictly mandatory. Authors 2 and 3 are optional.
Payment is required only after the full paper has been successfully uploaded to the system.
We support UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets through the Razorpay payment gateway.
It means your full paper has been uploaded, your payment is verified, and the paper is currently undergoing final review by the committee.
Once approved, the final branded paper will be sent to the primary email address and will also be available for download in the user dashboard.
Yes, registered institution accounts can manage and submit multiple papers for their faculty and students.
